Paragliding is an air sport practised on your own responsibility. Anyone who takes part in a flying day, a camp or a coaching session makes every decision in the air themselves: launch, route, turning back, landing and abort. My assessment, my day planning and my radio guidance are recommendations. They neither take these decisions off you nor replace your own assessment of the situation.

The requirements for taking part are a valid licence, airworthy and properly inspected equipment as well as your own third-party liability, accident and rescue insurance. You are responsible for meeting these requirements; I do not check this on your behalf.

For damage arising from participation, I am liable only to the extent permitted by law. In cases of intent and gross negligence my liability is unlimited; an exclusion would be invalid there in any case. Liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health also remains unaffected, insofar as it is attributable to me.
